    • NIST Tests ZEGAZ Instruments CEIRS™ Technology for Dewpoint Measurement

      National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) Tests ZEGAZ Instruments’ CEIRS™ Technology for Dewpoint Measurement Ijamsville, Maryalnd, USA (March 18, 2016) – National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) recently completed testing of CEIRS™, ZEGAZ Instruments ground-breaking dewpoint measurement technology.  During this test, one of ZEGAZ Instruments’ DewPort™ units was tested for its accuracy and uncertainty in measurement of water dewpoints.   The DewPort™ was tested by comparison against air of known water vapor content, generated by the NIST Hybrid Humidity Generator (HHG).   Total uncertainty of 0.2 °C was reported.       ZEGAZ Instruments products are now ATEX and IECEX certified for HazLoc areas. February 1, 2016-  Today, ZEGAZ Instruments announced that several of its products have achieved the ATEX and IECEX certification  for operation in hazardous locations.  The products are HCD5000™, WDP5000™, and DewPoint Duo™.       September 25, 2013- Ijamsville, Maryland- Today, ZEGAZ Instruments released its newest product, DEWPOINT DUO™.  This is the only instrument of its kind in the world.  It uses CEIRS™ technology to provide a water dewpoint measurement and a hydrocarbon dewpoint measurement of natural gas samples, simultaneously.  It is designed to be used at pressures up to 1500psi and uses patented Infrared technology to accurately measure water and hydrocarbon dewpoints, providing analysis of moisture in natural gas.
